LMN Bar is a dashboard that helps DTC brands monitor their marketing performance across multiple platforms and get AI-powered insights. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
What We Collect
Your Account Information
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address
- Login information to keep your account secure
- Any profile details you share with us
Your Connected Data
To show you metrics and insights, you give LMN Bar access to your data from:
- Ad platforms (like Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- E-commerce stores (like Shopify)
- Analytics and marketing tools you connect
We store this data securely so we can display your dashboards and create recommendations.
How You Use LMN Bar
We track basic usage to improve the product:
- Which pages and features you visit
- What actions you take in the app
- Device and browser information
- Any errors that happen
AI Processing
When you ask LMN Bar to generate insights or recommendations, we send relevant information to Claude (an AI made by Anthropic). Claude analyzes your data and sends back recommendations. This helps power our AI features like the agent and smart insights.
How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Keep you signed in and secure – authenticate you and protect your account
- Show your dashboards – display metrics and performance data you've connected
- Power AI insights – generate recommendations and analysis using Claude
- Make LMN Bar better – fix bugs, improve features, and understand how people use the product
- Keep in touch – send you important updates about your account or the service
We never sell your data to advertisers or marketing companies.
Who We Share Your Data With
We only share your information with services that help us run LMN Bar:
- Supabase – stores your account and dashboard data securely
- Claude (Anthropic) – powers our AI recommendations
- Composio – helps us connect to your data platforms safely
- PostHog – shows us how people use the app. When you use the AI chat, we may send the content of your messages and the AI's responses to PostHog to improve the product, debug issues, and understand usage. You can turn this off in Settings > Privacy & data; when off, we still send usage metrics (e.g. token counts and cost) but not conversation content.
These companies only see the information they need to do their job. They're legally bound to protect your data and follow the same privacy standards we do.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How We Protect Your Data
We take security seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit (traveling to our servers) and at rest (stored safely)
- Your connected credentials are stored securely and never exposed
- Only you and your team members can see your dashboards
- We use secure authentication so only you can log into your account
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your data within 30 days, except for:
- Backup copies (deleted after 90 days)
- Logs needed for security or legal reasons (kept as required by law)
Your Choices
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how you use LMN Bar. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the app may not work properly.
Analytics
Some usage analytics are collected automatically. You can opt out of non-essential analytics in your settings if available, though basic usage data is needed to keep the service running.
Integrations
You control which platforms and tools you connect to LMN Bar. You can disconnect any integration anytime.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- See your data – ask us what information we have about you
- Fix your data – correct any information that's wrong
- Delete your data – request that we remove your personal information
- Export your data – get a copy of your data in a readable format
- Opt out – stop certain types of data collection where possible

Third-Party Services
LMN Bar connects to external platforms like Meta, Google, Shopify, and others. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle your data. We recommend reading their policies too.
When you authorize LMN Bar to access these platforms, you're agreeing to share your login information securely with us. We never store your passwords—only secure tokens that let us pull your data.
Children
LMN Bar is for business users only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover we have, we'll delete it right away.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. We'll let you know about important changes via email or in the app. Continuing to use LMN Bar after changes means you agree to the new policy.
